Physiotherapist: Payable amount of $40 per visit, up to a maximum of $600 per insured person per coverage period.
Psychologist, social worker, psychotherapist, sexologist: Payable amount of $50 per visit, up to a maximum of $500 per insured person per coverage period.
Wheelchair: Purchase and repair, or rental; conditions apply. One in any 60-month period.
Walkers, canes, or crutches: Purchase or rental; conditions apply.
Spinal braces: Purchase and repair.
Rigid or semi-rigid braces for limbs, trusses, or casts: Purchase and repair.
Foot orthoses: Purchase; conditions apply.
Orthopaedic shoes: Purchase, 1 pair per insured person per coverage period, up to $200.
Artificial limbs and myoelectric prosthetics: Purchase, repair, or replacement when required due to a physiological change, up to $10,000 per prosthesis or repair.
Artificial eyes: Purchase and repair.
Breast prostheses: Purchase, when required due to a mastectomy, up to the cost of external prostheses and purchase of mastectomy brassieres.
Hearing aids: Purchase. Up to $250 per insured person in any 2 coverage periods.
Glucometer or reflectant meter: Purchase or rental; devices for continuous glucose monitoring are covered only with a prescription for insulin. Up to a maximum of one device per person for the duration of the policy.
Insulin pump supplies: Purchase.
Intrauterine devices, diaphragms, contraceptive rings: Purchase.
Support stockings: Purchase of support stockings at least 20 mmHg dispensed in a pharmacy or a medical facility.
Catheters: Purchase.
Opaque glasses: Purchase, provided they are required during radiotherapy or psoriasis treatments.
Ostomy supplies: Purchase.
Paraplegics supplies: Purchase.
Tube feeding supplies: Purchase.
Tracheotomy supplies: Purchase.
Compressive garments other than support stockings: Purchase.
Medicated dressings: Purchase.
Stump-socks: Purchase. 10 per coverage period.
Apnea monitors: Purchase or rental; conditions apply.
Oxygen and equipment required for its administration: Purchase or rental; conditions apply.
Lymphoedema pumps: Purchase.

Enuresis sensors: Purchase or rental; conditions apply.
Hospital beds: Purchase and repair, or rental; conditions apply. One in any 60-month period.
Traction apparatus: Purchase or rental; conditions apply.

Other therapeutic equipment and their supplies: Purchase or rental; conditions apply. $10,000 per lifetime combined for all of this equipment and supplies.
Imaging techniques and diagnostic laboratory tests. Such procedures do not include services received in a hospital.
The services of a dentist required to repair and replace healthy teeth as a result of an accidental blow to the mouth received while the insured person is covered under this benefit. Dental services must be rendered within 12 months of the accident. Reimbursements are based on the fees indicated in the Dental Association Fee Guide for General Practitioners of the province in which the services are provided (these fees are the ones suggested to general practitioners, not specialists).
The services of a private teacher, up to a payable amount of $10 per hour and a maximum of $300 per accident or illness.
